"a great way to diversify and improve income from a small pocket of land."
John Penny, Perthshire farmer

Why install camping pods on your campsite?

Camping Pods provide you and your campers with many benefits.

  • Up to 4 times the yield of a tent pitch per night
  • Year round comfort and revenue
  • Minimum maintenance
  • Fully insulated - year round comfort and income
  • Electrics fitted - convenience for owner and campers

Environmental Impact

Unlike traditional caravans and brightly-coloured  tents, our Camping Pods are made from materials that naturally blend in with the surroundings, lowering visual impact.

Timescales

Timescales for manufacture and delivery are available on application and subject to the size of the order. Under normal conditions, we can complete a single standard unit within 4-5 weeks. Multi-pod order timescales will vary.

Delivery & Installation

Each unit is pre-manufactured in our joinery workshop which allows quick installation and finishing on site – typically within one working day. We will deliver anywhere in the UK.

Delivery is at cost using our own local hauliers. Prices are calculated on distance and number of units ordered. However, where site conditions are particularly challenging, additional costs may be incurred. We will require an accurate site description from you prior to providing a final quotation.

Planning

Single units should not normally require planning permission prior to their erection, but please contact your local planning authority for further advice.

If you are considering setting up a camping site to host multiple camping pods, you will need to contact your local planning authority, as you will be required to make a planning application to them for change of land use.

This information is based on planning legislation in Scotland and is provided for guidance only.  It is not intended as a comprehensive statement of the legal position in relation to either single or multiple installations, and we strongly recommend that all customers contact their local council planning department for specific advice before placing an order
